The Cuba Program – Institute of Latin American Studies of Columbia University invites you to a lecture from the CUBA AND BEYOND SERIES: “CUBA LIBRE: Empathy and US-Cuban Relations with  PHILIP BRENNER, American University and PETER EISNER, Award Winning Journalist.

Analysis of the complexities of Cuba’s past in order to provide an explanation of the success of the 1959 revolution and its confounding evolution over nearly sixty years.
