As a Program Officer, Daniella Diniz oversees all the programs and activities that involve the Columbia Global Center in Rio de Janeiro. She joined the center in January 2013 and is responsible for developing and sustaining long-term relationships with local partners (private and public sectors, NGOs) to enhance the impact of programs in Brazil, in New York and across the network of 8 Global Centers around the world.

Daniella Diniz holds two degrees from Columbia University in New York. She is a 2012 recipient of the Master’s of Philosophy in Latin American and Iberian Cultures and 2010 graduate of the Master of Arts. Daniella taught classes on Brazilian literature and culture at Columbia for four years and she is currently finishing her PhD on Brazilian and Latin American 20th Century Literary Theory.
