Join us for our annual Hispanic Heritage Month Cook-Off, a culinary event celebrating the diverse flavors of Latin America. Student organizations from the BC/CU community will compete by preparing a sweet or savory dish that incorporates at least one ingredient native to the region (e.g., corn, beans, yuca). All are welcome to attend and sample the creations. The winning dish will be selected by a panel of three guest judges, with the champion student group receiving a restaurant gift card during a short prize ceremony.
