Summary: This panel bridges rigorous academic analysis with on-the-ground practitioner insight. The panel features a leading scholar-advocate who has testified before the U.S. Senate, a civil society leader operating in Caracas, and a researcher on community resilience—moderated by a prominent voice on Latin American affairs.
