Purpose: We will be holding an open discussion to examine the proposal for the New Constitution put forth by the Commission of Experts and the Constitutional Council in preparation for the plebiscite on December 17. The focus of our discussion will be to identify the differences and similarities between this proposed constitution and the existing one. Additionally, we aim to analyze the positive and negative aspects of the proposal.
